Breaking News: Oyo Governor Dissolves All Commissioners

Abiola Ajimobi, the Governor of Oyo State, has sacked all his commissioners, assistants, and advisers.
The Governor announced the dissolution of his cabinet in the afternoon of September 23, 2013, Monday, Premium Times reported.
According to a statement issued by the Director, Cabinet, Mr. Dotun Omokemi, the decision was taken upon termination of the state executive council meeting.
In the statement, Governor Ajimobi said there was the need to inject fresh blood into the administration, in the quest to serve the state better.
The Governor thanked the commissioners and Special Advisers who made up the executive council for their contributions so far and asked them to hand over to the Permanent Secretaries in their various ministries.
It was a total purge, as all members of the state cabinet, including the secretary to the state government, Akin Olajide; Chief of Staff, Adeolu Akande; all the commissioners as well as special advisers were affected, leaving only the governor and his deputy, Moses Alake Adeyemo, behind.

Catholic Priest, 56, Caught Having Sex With 15-Year-Old Boy

Police revealed that 56-year-old Father W. Jeffrey Paulish was caught in the act as they found the boy (who was not wearing pants) in a car on a University campus.

When he was caught, the priest initially said he was orking on his homily on campus when he met the boy, who he said was in emotional distress and needed counseling. Police say he later admitted that he met the teen through the "casual encounters" section of Craigslist.

Paulish also said he asked the boy several times if he was above the age of 18.

Paulish was charged with a felony count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse as well as unlawful contact with a minor. He was also charged with three misdemeanor counts: indecent contact with a minor, indecent exposure and corruption of a minor.

The funeral was attended by spinning clubs from Mpumalanga, Limpopo and Pretoria.Puff Selotela, chairman of the Botsotso Social Club, told Daily Sun: "This is a way of celebrating one of our own and honouring his love for the game of spinning."Spinning is not only a thug sport. We have attorneys, doctors and businessmen in our spinning clubs.

"We all do it for the love of it."Reikhutise Malala, a longtime friend of Bongani, said in his farewell message: "You taught me how to be humble and inspired me to venture into business. I will remember you for your charisma, bravery and passion. "It is sad when someone dies and you never have the chance to tell them the impact they made on your life."I guess life is too short and we all need to live while we can."
